ShopMy Academy is ShopMy’s self-serve learning hub designed to help brands get the most out of the platform.
It includes short, actionable courses that walk through key tools and strategies, including creator discovery, Lookbooks, analytics, commission rates, Opportunities, and platform best practices.
ShopMy Academy is helpful for anyone on your team who uses ShopMy or helps manage your creator marketing program. It’s also a great resource for onboarding new team members, refreshing platform knowledge, or learning how to use more advanced tools.
To access ShopMy Academy:
Click Brands to create your account.
When prompted, enter the registration code provided during onboarding.
Once registered, go to Getting Started and select ShopMy 101 or ShopMy Advanced.
Please note that your ShopMy Academy login is separate from your ShopMy platform login. Your regular ShopMy credentials will not automatically give you access to Academy, so you’ll need to create a separate Academy account.
Multiple team members from the same brand are welcome to register.
