There are a few reasons a creator might not appear in Discover:
They haven't created a ShopMy account yet
Only creators who have joined ShopMy will appear in Discover. You can invite creators to join using your referral link or an Off Platform Lookbook. See How do I onboard creators to ShopMy for more information.
They may have been dismissed
If someone on your team dismissed a creator by clicking the X on their profile, that creator will be hidden from Discover but can still be found in Chat. If you think a creator was dismissed by mistake, reach out to brandsupport@shopmy.us to restore access.
They may not have enough signals to surface in a descriptive search
If you're using Natural Language Search, a creator with limited profile information may not surface in a descriptive query. Try searching by their name directly.
