In this case, you’ll need to remove the custom commission rate that you’ve issued to a creator. To do this follow the steps below:
Navigate to the menu icon on the top right of your dashboard. Go to Product Catalog, then Commission Rates.
Scroll down to Creator Rates.
Click Edit.
Click Delete Rate.
Note that creators will be notified that a custom rate has been removed if you choose to remove a rate with this method.
