What fees are included?
The Launch Package includes a monthly subscription fee, plus commission payments to creators and a 3.9% transaction fee on gross merchandise value (GMV) paid to ShopMy.
Can you explain the 3.9% GMV fee and what GMV refers to?
GMV, or Gross Merchandise Value, refers to the total sales generated through creator-driven orders. With the Launch Package, ShopMy charges a 3.9% transaction fee on GMV. For example, if creators drive $100 in sales and you offer a 15% commission, you would pay $15 to creators and $3.90 to ShopMy.
This fee covers the cost of managing creator payouts and supporting payment operations. By handling payments end-to-end—including creator tax info, payment processing, and support—ShopMy saves brands time and ensures a seamless, reliable payout experience.
Do I pay commission fees on taxes and shipping?
No, commissions are only paid on order total before taxes and shipping. This is automatically set-up when the ShopMy Shopify App is connected.
If I set someone's commission to 0% am I still charged the 3.9% transaction fee?
No. When the commission is at 0%, no network fee is charged.
How does your billing process work for commissions on the ShopMy network?
By default, purchases made through ShopMy links are tracked and held in a pending state for 30 days to allow time for potential cancellations or commission adjustments. After 30 days, the status changes to locked, and on the first business day of the month, brands are billed for all locked orders.
Once the brand pays the invoice, the order status updates on the creator's side, and payouts for locked commissions are processed every Friday.
When will I get my first subscription invoice?
You'll receive your first subscription invoice for the Launch Package on the day your login credentials are issued. The card on file will be charged automatically, and future subscription payments will be billed on a monthly recurring basis.
How do I add a card on file?
During setup, you'll receive an invoice via Stripe where you can securely enter your card details. A temporary $1 authorization will be processed to verify your payment method. Once confirmed, this card will be used for all future subscription and commission invoices.

How do I view my monthly invoices?
To view your monthly invoices, click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Invoices & Subscriptions. From there, you can review your current subscription plan and access past invoices.
