How do I customize my creator invitation page and email?

Brands can personalize the creator invitation experience directly from Invite Talent, giving creators a branded first impression from the moment they receive your invite. Customizations are saved for future invitations, so you only need to set them up once.

How to access invitation customization

  1. Click the menu icon in the top right of your dashboard.

  2. Select Invite Talent.

  3. Select Invitation page to customize the landing page, or Invite via email to customize the email and send direct invitations.

Customizing the invitation page

From the Invitation page tab:

Show brand logo

Toggle on or off whether your brand logo appears on the invitation page. Your logo pulls from your brand details. To update it, select Manage brand details.

Welcome message

Add a message creators see when they land on your invitation page. Maximum 300 characters. To revert to the default copy, click Use default message.

Background image (optional)

Upload a branded background image to personalize the page.

  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP

  • Maximum file size: 5MB

  • Minimum dimensions: 1200 x 1600px

Previewing your invitation page

A live preview is shown on the right side of the screen. Toggle between Desktop and Mobile to see how the page looks across devices. Click Preview page to open a full view.

Saving changes

Select Save changes. Saved changes apply to all of your existing invitation links. Any creators who open a previously shared link will see the updated page.

Inviting creators via email

From the Invite via email tab:

Enter a comma-separated list of creator email addresses in the Email list field, then click Invite via email to send.

An email preview is shown on the right side of the screen. The default email includes your brand name in the subject line, a personal invite code, and a signup link that connects the creator to your brand automatically.

To edit the email, click the pencil icon in the top right of the email preview. You can customize the subject line and message so it sounds on brand.
