ShopMy tracks when a link is created, what product it points to, and related performance data—but we don’t track the exact platform where the link was shared.
If a creator has connected their social accounts, you can click into their Talent Card > Mentions to see if they’ve recently tagged your brand on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. If nothing appears in Mentions, it’s possible the link was shared on a platform we don’t track—such as Substack, a Facebook group, or another channel outside of our current integrations.
