Go to Analytics and use the retailer dropdown in the top right corner.
- Select Show All Retailers to view retailer activity alongside your direct-to-consumer performance.
- Select an individual retailer to view retailer-specific performance.
- Select your brand's own domain or name to view direct-to-consumer performance only.
Retailer data requires an Advanced Analytics subscription. To manage your package and add-ons, go to Invoices & Subscriptions.
If a retailer isn't appearing: it may be because creator links to that retailer haven't been matched to your brand yet. Our team sometimes needs to manually match these links before the data appears in your account. Reach out to brandsupport@shopmy.us if you need a retailer matched.
