How does your billing process work for commissions on the ShopMy network?

Purchases made through ShopMy links are initially marked as “pending” for 30 days to allow for any cancellations or commission reversals. After this period, the order status changes to “locked.” On the first business day of each month, brands are billed for all locked commissions. Once payment is received, the status updates for the creator, and ShopMy issues payouts every Friday for all eligible locked commissions.
