Where can I view pending and completed commission payments?

Brands on ShopMy’s network can track pending and completed commission payments in the Orders Log. To access it, click the three-line menu in the top right corner of your dashboard and select Orders Log.

In the log, the Status column will indicate the commission stage:

  • Pending: The order is still within the typical 30-day lock window. During this time, commissions can still be reversed if needed.
  • Locked: The lock window has passed, the commission is finalized, and the creator will receive payment in the next payout cycle.

This view gives you a clear picture of commission status across all orders.
