How to use Inboxes in Chat?

Inboxes allow you to segment and manage your brand’s conversations in a way that aligns with your workflows, making it easier to stay focused and responsive. Every brand starts with three default inboxes:

  • All Messages: A complete view of every conversation in your account.
  • Unread Messages: A focused view of all messages you haven’t yet opened.
  • Flagged: A dedicated space for conversations you’ve marked as important. You can add messages to the Flagged inbox by hovering over the message message in your chat queue and click the flag icon.

Beyond the default options, you can create custom inboxes by applying filters that reflect your team’s needs and priorities. Custom inboxes make it easier to surface the right messages at the right time. To create a custom inbox simply click the edit inboxes icon at the bottom of the inbox section.

  • Stay on top of high-impact creators: Create an inbox for Trendsetter+ creators who have promoted your brand.
  • Track messages tied to a specific Opportunity: Keep the conversation flowing with creators you’re actively working with and answer questions quickly.
  • Organize chats by Lookbook outreach: Just sent a round of gifting? Filter by Lookbook to field questions and track engagement in one place.
  • Segment by discount codes: Easily keep track of and follow up with creators who’ve been given custom codes.
