What should I do if I have issued custom commission rates for creators but I want them to receive a specific SKU-based commission rate?

In this case you’ll need to remove the custom commission rate that you’ve issued to a creator. To do this follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the hamburger icon on the top right of your dashboard —> Catalog —> Commission Rates.
  1. Scroll down to Creator Rates.
  1. Click Edit.
  1. Click Delete Rate.

Note that creators will be notified that a custom rate has been removed if you choose to remove a rate with this method.
