Bulk actions let you update or delete multiple discount codes at once, without editing them one by one.
How to access bulk actions
- Click the menu icon in the top right of your dashboard.
- Select Custom Codes.
- Click Bulk Action at the top of the page.
Available actions
- Update: Change the discount percentage across multiple codes at once. Enter the new percentage in the New Discount Percentage field, then use Filter Codes By to select which codes to apply it to.
- Delete: Remove multiple codes at once. Use Filter Codes By to select which codes to delete.
Filter options
Both Update and Delete support the following filters to target specific codes:
- Date Range: filter by when the codes were created
- Code Substring: filter by a string of text that appears in the code name (e.g. all codes containing "10")
- Code List: apply the action to a specific list of codes
- Rate (%): filter by the current discount percentage
Once you've selected your action and filter, click Apply. A confirmation screen will appear showing which codes will be affected and what the change will be. Review the list, then click Update Codes to confirm or Cancel to go back.
Please note: you must have "Allow Custom Codes" turned on in your ShopMy Integrations & Tracking settings in order for these changes to automatically update in Shopify. If you do not have this turned on, please update the codes on your end within Shopify.
