How do I manage multi-user logins?

ShopMy supports multiple users on a single Brand Partner account, so your team doesn't need to share one login. Each person gets their own credentials and a role that reflects their level of access.

User roles

Please note that one email gets you one account type (shopper, creator, or brand). Example: If your email is already associate with a creator account, you will need to use another email.

How to invite your team

  1. Go to Account Settings and select Team Management.

  2. Invite teammates by email. You can invite several at once.

  3. New teammates start as Members by default. Once they accept their invite, an Owner or Admin can change their role in Team Management. To do this, find the user you’d like to update from the Team Management table. Select the Role button and assign the new Role.

Removing a user

In Team Management, click the trash icon next to the user you want to remove. Their access is revoked immediately.

Transferring owner

The current Owner can transfer ownership to a new user directly in Team Management. Navigate to the Role button next to the user's name and select Owner from the dropdown. Once transferred, the previous Owner automatically drops down to Admin permissions.

Seat limits

Seat limits vary by package. To see how many seats are included in your account and how many have been used, go to Team Management. Your seat count is displayed in the top left above the user table.

For questions about your seat limit or to add more seats, reach out to your Client Strategy Manager.
