If you already have a TikTok Pixel
If your brand already runs TikTok ads, share your existing primary Pixel with ShopMy.
Your primary Pixel should be the one installed on the website to which your TikTok ads direct shoppers. You will need administrator access to your TikTok Business Center to complete these steps.
How to share your Pixel
Sign in to TikTok Business Center.
Go to Assets → Events and locate your primary TikTok Pixel. If the Pixel currently belongs to an individual TikTok ad account, you may first need to transfer it to your Business Center.
Open the Pixel and select Partners → Add Partner.
Enter ShopMy's TikTok Business Center ID: 7682113841493786640
Confirm that the partner name displayed is ShopMy Spotlights.
Complete the sharing process and send your Pixel ID to your ShopMy account team.
If you do not have a TikTok Pixel
If your brand does not have a TikTok ad account or Pixel yet, contact ShopMy Brand Support at brandsupport@shopmy.us.
ShopMy will set up both for you. Once the pixel is ready, we'll send step by step instructions to install it on your website.
Let your ShopMy account team know when the installation is complete. ShopMy will confirm that the expected events are firing before your TikTok Spotlights launch.
Why the TikTok Pixel is required
The Pixel provides TikTok with the conversion signals needed to:
Attribute website actions and purchases to your TikTok Spotlights
Measure downstream campaign performance
Optimize ad delivery toward people who are more likely to convert
Your TikTok Spotlights run through a dedicated advertiser account created and managed by ShopMy. If you already have a Pixel, ShopMy links your shared Pixel to that account. If you do not have one, ShopMy creates the Pixel and provides the instructions your team needs to install it.
