Adding Creators to Your Account – Brands

There are two ways to add creators to your ShopMy manager dashboard, depending on whether a creator is new to ShopMy or already has an account.

Adding a New Creator (Not Yet on ShopMy)

You don't need to wait for a creator to be approved through the standard application process. Your Invite Talent link bypasses the waitlist entirely - creators who sign up through your link are automatically connected to your account from day one.

To find your Invite Talent link:

Click your profile photo in the top-right corner

Select Invite Talent from the dropdown menu

Copy the link and send it directly to your creator

This link can be reused — you don't need a new one for each creator. Anyone who signs up through your link will be auto-linked to your account.

Adding an Existing Creator (Already on ShopMy)

If a creator already has a ShopMy account, they'll need to add you from their side. Here's what to send them:

Go to Account Settings → Account Management

Click Add Manager

Enter your manager or agency account email address

Done

Tip: Creators can add multiple managers - so if your agency has its own account and you also have a personal manager account, have your talent add both emails separately so both dashboards stay up to date.
