Can't See Your Creator's Opportunities Tab?
Have your talent check their Account Management settings to make sure they've toggled on the right permissions for you to view their account.
They can go to:
- Account Settings
- Account Management
- Click Edit next to your name

Creator Having an Issue with an Opportunity?
Social mentions and links from Opportunities can take up to 24 hours to pull through, so give it some time before flagging it as an issue. If something still looks off, have them follow the built-in prompts on the Opportunities page — most issues can be resolved there.
Creator Has a Payment Question?
Have your creator click into the Opportunity card and hover over the i icon next to the payout amount. This will show the payout terms for that specific Opportunity — some pay out same day, some within the same week, and others are Standard, which is explained there.
Still Not Resolved?
Have your creator chat directly with the brand through the platform or reach out to creatorsupport@shopmy.us.
