If your team has multiple coordinators or team members who need access to your ShopMy manager account, here's how to get everyone set up.
Adding a New Team Member
New ShopMy managers can create their own ShopMy manager account by reaching out to managersupport@shopmy.us.
Multiple Managers on One Creator Account
Creators can be linked to more than one manager. If multiple team members need visibility into a specific creator's account, each person needs to be added separately.
The creator can do this by following the same steps covered in Sub-Article 1: Adding Creators to Your Account — just repeat the process for each manager's email address.
Can a creator add more than one manager? Yes — if your talent works with both an individual manager and an agency, make sure they add both separately so everyone is linked correctly.
Locked Out or Can't Reset Password
Use the Forgot Password link on the ShopMy login page to trigger a reset email. If you're still having trouble, contact managersupport@shopmy.us.
