Your manager dashboard has a few key tabs that work together to help you stay on top of your roster. Here's what each one does.
My Talent Tab
Every creator who's added you as their manager lives here. If a creator has set a take-rate with you, you'll see that percentage listed right under their name — so you can quickly confirm which talent has a split active.
How do I know when a creator has added me? If they sign up through your Invite Talent link, you'll get an email confirmation. If they already have a ShopMy account and add you through their Account Settings, you'll see them populate here under My Talent.
Analytics Tab
A high-level view of how your creators are performing across the platform. Use this to spot trends, top performers, and where to focus your time.
Earnings Tab
If you have take-rates set up with any of your creators, your portion of their flat-fee Opportunity payouts will be listed here under Opportunity Payments and can be downloaded for your records. (See Sub-Article 3 for more on how earnings work.)
Proxying Into a Creator's Account
If a creator has given you permission, you can proxy into their account to see things from their side — including their full earnings, Opportunities, and links. This is especially useful for troubleshooting or helping a creator who has a question about their own dashboard. Proxy access is granted by the creator from their account settings.
