You can update your brand images directly in Account Settings → Brand Details. Changes publish immediately.
Logo
Upload your official brand logo. Must be PNG or JPEG with a transparent or white background.
- Square format: 500x500 or 600x600 px
- Horizontal format: 1600x400 or 1200x300 px
Cover image
A lifestyle image that captures your brand's look and feel. Keep it a single, full-bleed image with no overlaid logos or graphics.
- Format: PNG or JPEG
- Size: 1920 x 1080 px
Badge image
A second lifestyle image used across the platform. Same guidelines as the cover image — no words or logos.
- Format: PNG or JPEG
- Size: 600 x 600 px
Lookbook cover image
To change a Lookbook cover image, open the Lookbook and click Add Image in the top left corner. Only .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .webp files are supported.
If you'd like to update your default Lookbook cover image, contact your Client Strategy Manager and provide an image with the following specs: 1920x1080 pixels or 16:9 ratio
Images uploaded to Brand Details may be used by ShopMy in affiliation with your brand across the platform, as outlined in your Master Service Agreement.
