Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to onboard any creators to ShopMy who aren’t already on the platform. Any creator you onboard will bypass the waitlist and be able to sign up for ShopMy immediately—unlocking access to your brand, commission rates, and other incentives.
There are two ways to onboard creators to ShopMy - by directly sending them your custom sign up page or by sending them an Off Platform Lookbook.
Inviting Creators via Sign Up Page
Each brand on ShopMy has a custom sign up page and invitation code that they can share with creators to bypass the waitlist and automatically join ShopMy. Follow the steps below to access this page:
- Click the three lines at the top right of your dashboard and then click Invite Talent.
- From there you can either copy and paste the link to your sign up page and invitation code and share with creators directly, or
- Enter emails of the creators you'd like to onboard directly and click Send Emails to send the pictured template to creators.
Inviting Creators via Off Platform Lookbooks
Lookbooks are digital product catalogs that brands curate on ShopMy and send to creators for easy gifting. Lookbooks help streamline and simplify the gifting process.
If you'd like to send a Lookbook to a creator off platform, you can follow the steps below to generate a unique link to share. To accept gifting, the creator will be prompted to create their own ShopMy account.
- Select the lookbook you'd like to send to creators and click Send Gifting Request.
- Click Generate Invite Link and then Generate Invite Link again to automatically copy the invite link to your clipboard.
- Send the link to any creator you'd like to offer gifting. They'll be prompted to make a ShopMy account and once created they'll show up in your Talent tab in your 'Onboarded By You' list.
Each link that you generate for an Off Platform Lookbook link request is unique. If you want to send an Off Platform Lookbook to multiple creators, you will need to generate multiple unique links.
