You can manage which products appear in the creator catalog using Shopify product tags.
Excluding or including specific products
To customize which products are visible in your creator catalog:
- Tag the relevant products in Shopify with your preferred tag (Example: ShopMy)
- Reach out to launchpackage@shopmy.us, letting the team know which products you’d like to include/exclude, as well as the tag.
Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to take effect.
Catalog imagery
If you notice outdated images associated with your products in the creator catalog, please reach out to us at launchpackage@shopmy.us and we'll check with our team to see if we're able to accommodate an update. We appreciate your patience as we review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Product names
Product names on ShopMy display exactly as they are titled in Shopify. If you're seeing an incorrect or outdated product name, we recommend first confirming that the name has been updated in Shopify — once updated there, it will sync to ShopMy. If the name in Shopify is correct but the issue persists on ShopMy, please reach out to us at launchpackage@shopmy.us and we'll escalate it for review.
