Once you reach 25 earning promoters, you become eligible to explore an upgrade to a larger package. However, eligibility is just the first step. Upgrades are subject to a review process and require meeting minimum site visit thresholds to qualify. Brands that do not meet these requirements may not be approved for an upgrade at that time.
It's also worth noting that larger packages come at an additional cost beyond the Launch Package subscription fee.

We've recently launched add-on features, Promoter Gifting and Promoter Chat, that allow Launch Package brands to send product and message existing promoters directly through ShopMy, without needing to upgrade your full package.
