Promoter Chat is an add-on feature available to Launch Package brands that allows you to message your existing promoters directly through ShopMy.
Once enabled, you can send messages to any creator who is already actively promoting your brand. You can use it to coordinate campaigns, share new arrivals or sale information, send personalized discount codes, and build stronger ongoing relationships with your top promoters.
Important Note: Promoter Chat only allows you to message creators who are already promoting your brand — it does not give you the ability to cold-message creators who have not yet linked your products.
