Promoter Gifting is an add-on feature available to Launch Package brands that allows you to send product to creators who are already promoting your brand through ShopMy.
Gifting is done through automated Lookbooks — you create a gifting request with details about the products you'd like to send, and ShopMy surfaces it to your active promoters. You can track which creators have accepted, and monitor engagement per send.
Important Note: Promoter Gifting is only available to creators who are already actively promoting your brand. It does not allow you to gift new or prospective creators who have not yet linked your products. Full gifting to any creator on the platform (including outreach to new creators) is a feature of the Brand Partnership tier.
