Brands can check if a creator has connected their socials (IG, TIkTok, Youtube) via a creator’s Talent Card. If a creator’s socials are connected you will see a ‘Connected’ icon underneath the ‘Social Following’ section on their talent card.
Connected Account:
This creator has their Instagram and TikTok accounts connected to ShopMy. This means that any content with the custom tags set by the brand will be pulled into the Mentions feed.
Disconnected Account:
This creator has their Instagram and TikTok accounts connected to ShopMy, but not their YouTube account. This means that no YouTube content will be pulled into the Mentions feed, even if a custom tag is used.
