How far back does the Mentions feed track?

ShopMy starts officially tracking Mentions once a brand has launched on the platform. There’s no time limit on how far back we pull social mentions for a brand. As long as the creator’s social channels are connected, the content hasn’t been deleted or the story didn’t expire before tracking began, it will appear in the Mentions feed.
