If a creator’s content isn’t appearing in the Mentions feed, check the following:
- Is the creator using a tag you're actively tracking?
- Make sure the tag is listed in your account. If you've recently added a new tag, please allow up to 24 hours for it to begin pulling in.
- Double-check for special characters—ShopMy removes certain characters (like periods or extra underscores) when processing tags, except for
@,#, and_.
- Is the tag in the right place?
- ShopMy does not track in-feed image tags. The brand must be tagged in the caption of the in-feed post for it to appear in Mentions.
