Creator content in ShopMy is pulled from three sources:
Tagged Content from Connected Social Accounts
Includes Instagram (Stories and Posts), TikTok, and YouTube.
Example: A post tagging @crownaffair or using “crownaffair” as a keyword will appear in Crown Affair’s Mentions feed.
Connected Collections
Content linked to a brand through a creator’s connected post. Example: Karen Coleman links Crown Affair in her connected Instagram post, so it appears under the brand’s content.
Affiliate Links
Content is attributed when a ShopMy link is used, even if the brand isn't directly tagged.
Example: A story pulls into Frame’s mentions because it includes a ShopMy link to a Frame product.
