What is Noir?

Noir is ShopMy's premium concierge experience, exclusively for Gold and Black tier shoppers. Powered by the best curators, stylists, and tastemakers on the platform, it connects your brand with ShopMy's highest-value shoppers through trusted, human-led recommendations at the moment of purchase intent.

For brands, Noir is a new discovery channel: your product, recommended by a trusted expert with genuine taste, to a shopper who is actively looking to buy, not passively browsing.


Who are the shoppers using Noir?

Noir shoppers are ShopMy's Gold and Black tier members, our highest-spending, most engaged buyers. Eligibility is driven by verified spend connected through Gmail, meaning tier is a direct signal of purchasing power. These are decisioned buyers who have described a specific need and are waiting for an expert recommendation.

This is not a mass-market audience. Think Amex Black card vs. Amex Platinum: ultra-premium, limited access, and intentionally scarce. When your brand reaches a Noir member, they are primed to purchase.


How does my brand get included in Noir?

If you're already a ShopMy brand partner, your products are automatically eligible to be recommended by Noir curators. No additional setup required.

Curators search ShopMy's catalog to build their edits, meaning any product in the ShopMy ecosystem can be surfaced. Noir is additive to your existing partnership as a new, high-intent surface where your products can appear, not a separate program to enroll in.


What are the economics?

Same as your existing ShopMy partnership: commission on sale, fully attributed. You pay when a purchase happens - there is no paid placement in Noir. That's intentional: it's what makes the channel trustworthy and the recommendations credible.
