How to Invite ShopMy to Your Affiliate Program

Our Network IDs

Impact

1. Log in and use the dropdown at the top of the page to confirm you're in the right account and program. Invites are program-specific.

2. Go to Engage → Contracts → Template Terms and pick the template term with the payout you want us on. Every Impact account has a default Public Template Term created at onboarding, so you should already have one. On Impact the template term is the commission, and the invite is sent from it — there's no separate commission group to hunt for.

3. Hover over that term and select More → Add Partners.

4. Choose Add manually and enter 2340682 in the Partner Id field. Don't use the "Media Partners" search box — it only searches partners you already work with.

5. Set the contract Start Date and Length (Ongoing is standard).

6. Choose Propose, not Replace. Propose sends it to us to approve; Replace overwrites an existing contract without our sign-off.

7. Add a note in Comments if you'd like, then hit Send.

Rakuten Advertising

1. Log in to the Advertiser Dashboard.

2. Confirm which regional program you're adding us to — Rakuten advertiser programs are region-specific, so a US offer won't cover UK or CA.

3. Open the publisher management area and find the publisher search or recruitment tool. Look for a Publishers or Partners section.

4. Search for 3704027, or search ShopMy and confirm the SID matches.

5. Select us, then choose the offer to extend — public, private, or special. Rakuten has no bare "invite"; an offer with terms has to be attached.

6. Set the effective date, confirm the commission terms, and send.

CJ Affiliate

1. Log in with a user that has recruitment permissions on the right advertiser account.

2. Go to Account → Program Terms and confirm the terms you want to offer already exist. The invite is an offer of specific program terms — you can't send one without them.

3. Open the recruitment area of your account (look for Recruit Partners, under Partners or Publishers depending on your account's layout).

4. Search ShopMy or shopmy.us. CJ's recruitment search is keyword-based, so a raw ID may not return a match.

5. Open our profile and confirm the CID reads 5447901.

6. Select us and send program terms.

7. Check your pending offers list to confirm it sent.

Awin

1. Log in — you'll land in New Awin by default. If your screen looks older, click the purple Try the new Awin banner.

2. Go to Partnerships → Overview and use the Find partners box.

3. Search id:740219. Awin's search accepts this format directly, as well as partner name and website:. A green + means we're open to invitation.

4. Open our partner profile and confirm the Publisher ID matches.

5. Select Invite the partner to your program.

6. Add a personal message and set a commission rate. The rate is optional at invite stage — you can refine it once we're live.

7. Click Send invitation. We accept on our side.

• Migrated from ShareASale? Same flow; ShareASale closed in October 2025. Note that a ShareASale-era affiliate ID isn't a valid Awin Publisher ID — use 740219.

AvantLink

1. Log in to your AvantLink merchant account.

2. Go to Affiliates → Affiliate Recruitment.

3. Search 296597 and set the relationship status filter to Available recruits.

4. Click Details on our account, then open the Recruiting tab.

5. Set the commission rate you want to offer us — you can offer above your base rate as a recruiting incentive — and send the offer. To write your own note instead of the default template, uncheck Send standard affiliate recruitment offer email.

6. Track it under Pending offers. We accept on our side.

Partnerize

1. Log in and identify the exact campaign you want us on. Partnerize is campaign-scoped: terms, default commission, and region tracking are all set per campaign, so repeat this for each campaign (e.g. US and UK) we should run.

2. Invite us directly from Partnerize's partner discovery area. Search ShopMy or shopmyshelf, open the profile to confirm, and invite us to the specific campaign. We'll get a notification email and accept.

3. Set our commission rule explicitly after approving — otherwise we inherit the campaign default.

4. Confirm we show as approved/active, and let us know so we can pull tracking links.

Ascend by Partnerize (formerly Pepperjam)

1. Log in at ascendpartner.com.

2. Create the commission term you want to offer under Pay → Commission Terms. If you skip this, we'll land on your default term.

3. Go to Publishers → Manage Publishers.

4. Search by company name — ShopMy or shopmy.us. Ascend's filters are company name, URL, category, promotional method, and keywords, so pasting an ID won't find us. Use 213694 to confirm you've got the right account once we're on screen.

5. On our row, choose the commission term you want to invite us under, then click invite.

6. Track it under the Invited status. We accept from our own Ascend account, after which we move to Joined and tracking goes live.

• Alternative: Discover → Recruit with the toggle set to Ascend Partners also has an invite button per row — but it has no term picker, so it may apply your default. Leave the toggle off "Explore Prospects" (that sends a signup email, not a program invite).
