Your first invoice will be sent on the day you receive your login credentials to access your ShopMy account. Note that receipt of your first invoice means your account is now active on ShopMy and you are now visible to creators as a ShopMy partner.
If you are integrating with ShopMy directly, you will also receive an invoice for all commission payouts on the first business day of every month for all locked commissions. You will have a 30-day post-purchase window to review and revert commissions earned before they become locked and added to your next commission invoice. If you are integrating via another network (such as Rakuten, CJ, AWIN, Impact or another) you will pay out any commission via that network’s terms and not through ShopMy.
