How do I connect ShopMy to Triple Whale?

If your team uses Triple Whale as a unified analytics dashboard, you can connect ShopMy to push your Opportunities data directly into your Triple Whale account. This lets you view ShopMy ad spend and ROI alongside your other paid channels in one place.


What data is shared?

ShopMy will send performance data from your active Opportunities on a regular cadence, including spend, revenue, order volume, and clicks — broken down by creator. Opportunities map to Campaigns in Triple Whale, and individual creators appear as Ad Sets. For creator privacy, creators are identified by their public ShopMy username and a link to their ShopMy shop.

How to connect:

  1. Log in to your Triple Whale account and navigate to Settings → API Keys
  1. Generate a new API key
  1. Copy the API key
  1. In ShopMy, go to Settings → Integrations
  1. Paste your Triple Whale API key into the designated field and save

Once connected, ShopMy will begin syncing your Opportunities data automatically. You'll start to see it populate in your Triple Whale dashboard under your connected ad channels.

A few things to note:

  • Only Opportunities data is supported at this time. Commission earned by creators outside of Opportunities is not included.
  • Data is pushed on a regular automated schedule — it may take up to 24 hours for new data to appear in Triple Whale.
  • If you disconnect or update your API key, you'll need to re-paste the new key in ShopMy Settings to resume syncing.
