What does the budget breakdown on an Opportunity card mean?

Each Opportunity card shows a budget breakdown tailored to the campaign's current status, so you can track spending without clicking into each campaign.

Upcoming Opportunities show:

  • Allocated: the spend committed so far based on offers sent.
  • Max Budget: the total budget cap set for the Opportunity.
  • Talent: a breakdown of Accepted, Pending, and Declined creator responses.
  • Recent Activity: the latest actions on the Opportunity.

Live Opportunities show:

  • Results: Clicks, Volume, Views, and EMV generated so far.
  • Spend: a progress bar showing Paid and In Progress spend against your Allocated Budget.
  • Talent: a breakdown of Accepted, Completed, Open, and Declined creators.
  • Recent Activity: highlights of recent creator activity, such as top-performing posts.

Completed Opportunities show:

  • Results: Clicks, Volume, Views, EMV, Volume ROI, Cost Per Click (CPC), Returning Customers, New Customers, and Cost Per New Customer.
  • Spend: Paid, Unused Budget, and Allocated Budget.
  • Talent: a final breakdown of Accepted, Completed, Open, and Declined creators.

What is Unused Budget? Unused budget is the difference between your Allocated Budget and what was actually paid out. It's surfaced on completed cards so you can see exactly what you spent vs. what you budgeted when planning your next campaign. Unused budget remains as a credit in your account for future Opportunities. Note that this budget cannot be put towards subscription or affiliate invoices.
