To enable the read_customers
scope follow the below steps:
- Open Shopify
- Click Settings → App and Sales Channels → Develop Apps
- Click the ShopMy app
- Click Configuration → Edit → Add
read_customers
as a scope
- Click Save.
Once you’ve added the scope please reach out to your Client Strategy Manager or use our Intercom chat to let ShopMy know that you’ve added the read_customers
scope and need your integration to be re-synced. From there, ShopMy will confirm if the scope was added correctly.
