For brands with the ShopMy Shopify App connected, order statuses are automatically synced with Shopify. If an order is fully returned or canceled within the 30-day lock window, it will be marked as canceled, and any associated commissions will be reversed. For partial returns or cancellations, the order total is adjusted accordingly in both the brand’s Order Log and the creator’s account.
After the 30-day window, all orders are locked and can no longer be modified.
