I’m building a Lookbook and I’m not seeing the products I want to add in my catalog. What should I do?

Shopify Brands

Your storefront products automatically update every night. However, if you launch new products in the morning and want to use them right away, you can manually refresh your feed at any time. To do this, go to your Catalog and click “Sync products.”

Please note that the button will gray out while syncing. Depending on the size of your Shopify catalog, this may take a few minutes. Once the sync is complete, you’ll see a confirmation banner at the top of your screen.

If you run into any issues with syncing or your Shopify connection, feel free to reach out to your Client Strategy Manager for support.

 

Non-Shopify Brands

For brands not integrated with Shopify, product feeds are synced ~every two weeks. If you’re not seeing a product in your catalog reach out to your Client Strategy Manager for assistance.

 

Both Shopify and non-Shopify brands can manually add products to a Lookbook by opening the product catalog and clicking Create Product. You’ll be prompted to upload an image, enter the product title, description, and price.

For Shopify-integrated brands, manually added products will not trigger automated orders. Any orders placed through Lookbooks containing manually added products will need to be fulfilled by your team.
