What happens if I send a Lookbook, and then a product/size goes OOS?
Shopify inventory management is real time. This means whenever the inventory updates on your Shopify products, we update all Lookbooks to show the current availability, so you are never offering creators products that are out of stock. Should you see a discrepancy, please reach out to your Brand Success Manager or email brands@shopmyshelf.us and we will fix it for you.
A product is out of stock on my website but not out of stock on the lookbook. Why? How do I fix this?
